Sam Hunt, one of Variance's 2015 Artists of the Year, wrapped up a breakout year Tuesday night with a performance of his new single "Break Up in a Small Town" during the season 9 finale of The Voice.

Other performers tonight included Coldplay, Missy Elliott, The Weeknd Justin Bieber and Tori Kelly.
