After sharing their incredible single "What Am I Becoming?" last month, POP ETC has now delivered a humorous video to accompany it.

Arriving just days before the trio's new album Souvenir, which is out Jan. 29, the clip follows the daily routine of a man who does not leave the four walls of his apartment, living off takeout, growing out a grungy beard, playing board games with himself and turning into an overall mess.

But as the song's lyrics foretell, he "can't keep living this way." And eventually he makes a great escape.

The song itself is a shimmering, repeat-worthy favorite. And the video, as seen below, is the perfect excuse to hear it again—and again, as you likely will in the coming months.
