On Friday, Kid Cudi shared a new song called "Stars in the Sky."

The track is from the upcoming film Sonic the Hedgehog 2, and it's apparently not the last we'll hear from Kid Cudi in the coming months. Produced by Take A Daytrip and Dot Da Genius, "Stars" is the only original new song from the film, which is out April 8 in theaters.

"Stay tuned for more from Kid Cudi soon," teases a press release announcing today's new track.
