Kesha in 'Raising Hell' video

Kesha is getting ready to release a new album and today she released the first single, a boisterous new track called "Raising Hell," featuring Big Freedia.

The new song arrived with a playful, tongue-in-cheek video starring Kesha as the wife of a televangelist, who is actually an abusive husband behind the scenes. What starts as a Sunday morning sunshine fest quickly turns dark and twisted, as the singer's big-haired character fights back.

Co-written with Wrabel, Sean Douglas and Stint and produced by Stint and Omega, the new song is the first off Kesha's next album High Road, which will be out Jan 10 via Kemosabe/RCA Records.

In addition to those features, it seems Kesha is diving in with a number of big-name collaborators, such as Sturgill Simpson; Portugual. The Man co-writer and producer John Hill; Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds; the Beach Boys' Brian Wilson; Kanye West producer Jeff Bhasker; previous collaborator Stuart Crichton; fun. frontman Nate Ruess; mega-songwriter Justin Tranter; and her mom, Pebe Sebert.
