Chance the Rapper says he's working on new music, specifically a project he believes will officially be his debut "album."

"What is next? I'll probably put out an album; that's what I've been thinking about—just between us," the emcee said teased during a new BBC Radio 1Xtra interview, adding: "I think what I'm working on right now is an album."

Careful to point out that his mixtapes "have been confused for albums for a long time," he believes his upcoming release will instead be "something that you can consider an album," although he's unsure if it will be released both physically and digitally.

Chance's interview follows his "Live Lounge" appearance on Tuesday, in which he covered Drake's "Feel No Ways" and offered prayer and love for Kanye West, who was hospitalized earlier this week, reportedly for exhaustion and sleep deprivation.
