As the 2023 festival season slowly begins to wind down (sadly), this past weekend it was Life Is Beautiful up to bat. And the Las Vegas fest did not disappoint!

This year's lineup included a slew of favorites, including the reliable rockers The Killers, king Kendrick Lamar, EDM favorites ODESZA and Flume, the return of Yeah Yeah Yeahs and The 1975, the latter of whom continues to remain in the headlines for a variety of reasons—mostly controversial. But nonetheless, it was a weekend of glorious music, showcasing why Life Is Beautiful continues to be one of the staple live music and arts events in Sin City.

This year's festival season (and live music, in general) has been a busy one, as tours and events have come roaring back post-Covid, with powerhouse acts like Taylor Swift and Beyoncé being credited for billions in economic boosts this summer.

Life Is Beautiful has consistently been one of the standouts as so many festivals struggle to differentiate themselves from each other, and this year's roster included something for everyone, with the incredible Omar Apollo offering a stunning performance, Kim Petras lighting up the stage, rising star Jessie Murph burning it down (figuratively) in the most wonderful way and actress-singer Reneé Rapp absolutely dazzling fans.

For fans going back to school or coming to accept the fact that summer is truly over, it was certainly the best way to close out the season.
