Weezer's second album in as many years has arrived.

Pacific Daydream, the followup to last year's self-titled White Album, hit streaming platforms late Thursday, officially out Friday globally. It features previously released cuts "Feels Like Summer," "Mexican Fender," "Beach Boys," "Weekend Woman" and "Happy Hour," the latter of which was released just last week.

The album's release follows news earlier this month Weezer will be performing with the likes of Morrissey, Muse, The Killers and Queens of the Stone Age at this year's KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas in Los Angeles.

Additionally, the band is performing this Monday night (Oct. 30) on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. They will also be joining the Foo Fighters in January for an Australian stadium tour
