Ahead of next week's premiere of Netflix's new drama The Get Down, Miguel has released his contribution to the show's soundtrack with a song called "Cadillac."

Fitting appropriately with the song's title, it's a lush, sultry offering and a perfect treat for those eagerly awaiting Miguel's followup to his 2015 album Wildheart.

The Get Down is set in 1970s New York City and South Bronx, focusing on the origins of hip-hop, punk and disco. It premieres Aug. 12 on Netflix.
