Pop-punk trio badxyou are capping Mental Health Awareness Month with the release on Friday of their new single "Better," a collaboration with self proclaimed underground pop star 8485.

The glitchy, wonderfully intoxicating new track is quickly disarming with its familiar, glossy guitar riff which evokes the hook of The Killers hit "Mr. Brightside," but this is no Brandon Flowers track, as the emotional lyrics hover beneath the perky melody.

"8485 is one of our favorite vocalists," says badxyou. "After we made this record, we knew we wanted somebody that sounded pure, with an angelic type of voice. 8485 is exactly that."
