Here's a surprise release for you!

Kelsea Ballerini and LANY have teamed up for a new song. It's true! They announced on Monday they had collaborated on a track called "I Quit Drinking," which would arrive Wednesday night ahead of the CMT Awards. The song was co-written by Ballerini and LANY frontman Paul Klein alongside Nicolle Galyon. It was produced by country hit-maker Jimmy Robbins and Noah Conrad, the latter of whom also worked with LANY on their Julia Michaels collaboration "okay."

In addition to co-hosting the CMT Awards with Kane Brown, Ballerini was also joined by Klein during the Nashville-based broadcast to perform "I Quit Drinking," debuting the song live just moments after its release.
