With a new EP coming soon, emerging British artist Sam Johnson has shared another new song called "Changes."

The soaring new track follows his other recent songs "The Kids Are Alright" and "Peter Pan." And it's the latest preview of the upcoming Are We There Yet? EP, which tells the story of a country boy lost in the big city, as his growing musical profile has taken him to London along with a number of subsequent life changes.

"This song was almost inevitable and needed a bit of closure to the ‘coming of age’ sentiment running throughout the EP," says Johnson. "It starts with the realisation that a long distance relationship I’d had for six years wasn’t going to work out, whilst saying goodbye to each other for the last time at a departure gate in Australia. It then beckons the change that came with that decision and the ramifications it would have on my life."

He continues: "Both exciting and daunting, this song really is, at its heart, an optimistic look to the future and all it might bring. Moving to London, falling in love again, and following my dreams in music are the real touchstones of this song rather than a mournful look back on what could have been."
