Electronic-R&B outfit Opia has had our attention since their launch in 2016, and today they're premiering their first-ever video with Variance.

The clip is for the Los Angeles-based band's latest track, their irresistible new single "Four Winds," which arrived last month. It's the first preview of their upcoming EP, the followup to last summer's debut Faded EP.

"'Four Winds' is about a relationship that was good only when the lights were out," the band tells Variance of the song. "It’s titled after the street 'Viale dei Quattro Venti,' where we stayed during a trip toItaly, but it also refers to the winds of change that blew us apart when our emotional problems came to bear. We're excited to play this one and many other new songs for you on tour."

In addition to the new music, Opia (comprised of singer-musician Cole Citrenbaum, vocalist-keyboardist DJ Stanfill and producer Reske) spent last year touring with Marian Hill and Whethan. And they have a number of upcoming U.S. shows.

The video for "Four Winds," which was directed by Tak Kamihagi and shot in Nevada, can be seen below.
