As The 1975 continues to support their excellent sophomore album, the British outfit has shared an emotional and strange set of visuals for the track "Somebody Else."

Directed by Tim Mattia, the clip follows frontman Matthew Healy through London as he battles with some literal self-obsession and heartbreak.
