The upcoming live-action Lion King movie has nabbed John Oliver, who will be lending his voice in the role of Zazu, the uptight and dignified red-billed hornbill.

The Wrap reported Monday that Oliver will indeed be joining the cast for Jon Favreau's upcoming take on the classic Disney film, which featured Rowan Atkinson as Zazu in the 1996 original film.

The cast already includes Donald Glover as Simba and James Earl Jones reprising as Mufasa, as well as Seth Rogen and Billy Eichner as Pumbaa and Timon, respectively.

While Oliver is known for his sharp comedy on HBO's Last Week Tonight, this won't be his first plunge into voice-acting, as he also voiced Vanity in The Smurfs and Smurfs 2

The new Lion King arrives in theaters on July 19, 2019.
