Now that Kanye West is back from Australia and not creating wheelchair controversies, it appears next on his agenda is something more along the lines of what he does best: making music.

According to Page Six, the rapper is set to hit the studio with Lorde. Of course, it's unknown whose album any new material would appear on, but such a collaboration wouldn't be a surprise, as they've both previously said they're a fan of each other's music.

In fact, the report comes as Lorde covered West's "Flashing Lights" earlier this month during her show in Philadelphia.

Lorde told The Guardian last fall that she looks to West "for inspiration in a lot of things, and his ability to kind of reinvent and keep throwing curveballs with each record. He's able to keep things interesting, and keep people following him, after what has been quite a lengthy career."

West has suggested since earlier this year that he plans to release a new record this fall.
