Jeremih is in hot water after he and his entourage reportedly vandalized a Fuddruckers restaurant in Billings, Mont.

He and the crew apparently ordered cheese sticks and chicken fingers before hitting on a teenage female employee. When they were asked by the manager to sit down and leave her alone, the group allegedly accused the manager of being racist.

According to Lt. Mark Cady, the manager proceeded to refund the men so that they could leave, but they began throwing beer bottles at employees and destroying the overhead menu, while covering at least two employees in alcohol.

Police say they went to the Shrine, where the "Birthday Sex" singer was scheduled to perform Wednesday night, but he and his friends had already left.
