Danny Wimmer Presents continues to redefine the rock festival landscape as Louder Than Life returns in 2022. The epic four-day lineup for the music and food extravaganza at Highland Festival Grounds within the Kentucky Expo Center in Louisville takes place on September 22 through 25. The lineup is arguably its best yet—anchored by Nine Inch Nails, Slipknot, KISS and Red Hot Chili Peppers. The complete lineup features over 100 acts performing non-stop music spread across three stages.
Strip away the headliners and you still have Shinedown, Rob Zombie, Bring Me The Horizon and Alice In Chains that could easily close out the four nights. Alice Cooper, the godfather of shock rock, Lamb of God, Evanescence, Incubus and Tenacious D round out a top heavy lineup. Relative newcomers Yungblud, Dirty Honey and Highly Suspect square off against rock mainstays Bad Religion, Halestorm and Ministry, while a complete cross-section of rock is represented by the diversity that also includes Ghostmane, Meshuggah, Action Bronson, Body Count, Dance Gavin Dance, Jelly Roll, Anti-flag, Gwar and Apocalyptica.
Small batch spirits and craft beers nicely complement some of Kentucky’s favorite cuisine that also tie into the Bourbon & Beyond music festival that takes place on the same grounds the following weekend. Check out that lineup before finalizing your travel plans. Single-day, full weekend and VIP passes are on sale now, with prices starting as low as $109.50 for one day general admission entry. Prices are tiered, so early booking ensures the cheapest options with prices increasing as the event date approaches.
