Just a day after Lollapalooza announced its 2021 lineup, sister fest Austin City Limits Music Festival has announced its own hefty roster.
Coinciding with the Austin fest's 20th anniversary, this year's lineup will feature George Strait, Billie Eilish, Stevie Nicks, Miley Cyrus, Rüfüs Du Sol, DaBaby, Erykah Badu, Megan Thee Stallion and more among its tops ranks.
Once again set for two weekends (at full capacity), ACL will take place on Oct. 1-3 and Oct. 8-10 at Zilker Park. Three-day tickets go on sale today at 12 p.m. CST.
ACL was one of many American festivals and live music events forced to cancel last year because of the pandemic. But while the 2021 plans of other fests such as Lolla or Coachella (which ultimately canceled until 2022) remained in question, most expected ACL to carry on as scheduled this year, given its advantage of taking place later on the calendar.
In addition to the top-line acts, this year's ACL lineup also includes Black Pumas, St. Vincent, Phoebe Bridgers, Jack Harlow, Bleachers, Future Islands, Polo G, Madeon, FINNEAS, Chet Faker, Dermot Kennedy, Tierra Whack, Omar Apollo, 070 Shake, Goth Babe, Kennyhoopla and others.
