Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have welcomed their third child.

TMZ reported on Tuesday the baby was born via surrogate on Monday (Jan. 15), with Kardashian subsequently confirming the news. "She's here," she declared today on her website.

"Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl," Kardashian announced. "We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care. North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister."

Saint West was born in 2015 and big sister North was born in 2013.
