Although it's been more than two years since the "Goodbye, Michael" episode The Office, it appears Steve Carell is making a return to television comedy. This time, however, he'll be behind the camera.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, TBS has ordered a comedy pilot titled Tribeca, which will be written and executive produced by The Office alum and his wife, Nancy Carell.

The new project is a satirical look at a police procedural anchored by Angie Tribeca, a 10-year veteran of the LAPD's elite RHCU (aka the Really Heinous Crimes Unit). As THR points out, it's about people who investigate crime and reveal way too much personal information.
