As expected, Lady Gaga has followed her big Super Bowl halftime performance with the announcement of the Joanne World Tour, in support of her recent album Joanne, which arrived in October.
The news came early Monday morning, just hours after her halftime show and ahead of what will clearly be a very busy year for Gaga. Forbes reported last month the singer has been working on a completely new record, which is expected to arrive in October of this year.
The tour, which is being produced by Live Nation, will kick off Aug. 1 in Vancouver before taking Gaga to Europe, the U.K. and then circling back to North America.
