Sky Ferreira and DIIV's Zachary Cole Smith were arrested and charged with drug possession in upstate New York on Saturday night.

As the Daily Freeman points out, the pair was pulled over in Saugerties, N.Y., for traffic violations, but police subsequently learned the vehicle being driven by Smith was stolen, and he also had outstanding warrants.

Smith has been "charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, one count of possession of stolen property and one count of aggravated unlicensed driving, all misdemeanors," according to the paper, which also says the musician was "also charged with the violations of unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance, unlicensed driver, and having an inadequate exhaust system."

As for Ferreira, police say she was "in possession of Ecstasy." She faces "misdemeanor charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest."
