Barbara Walters has unveiled nine of her annual 10 Most Fascinating People of 2013.

On the list this year, which includes several repeat offenders, are Kanye West and Kim Kardashian (as a unit, Kimye), Miley Cyrus, the royal baby Prince George, Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence, the Duck Dynasty cast, Pope Francis, government whistleblower Edward Snowden, long-distance swimmer Diana Nyad and ABC journalist Robin Roberts.

The No. 1 Most Fascinating Person will be named during the 90-minute ABC special, which airs Wednesday, Dec. 18 at 9:30 p.m. ET. Given the absence of a politician on the list above, it's likely someone in the government will probably take the top spot.
