A third victim has died following last Thursday's hit-and-run accident in Austin during SXSW.
According to a hospital official for University Medical Center Brackenridge, Sandy Le passed away early Monday morning.
The tragic crash took the lives of two others when a drunk driver drove his car past barricades on Red River, one of the main streets running through the heart of SXSW festivities.
The suspect, 21-year-old Rashad Owens, is still in custody under a $3 million bond. Six of the 22 injured were still in the hospital, with two in critical condition as of Sunday.
