Interestingly, TMZ has reported Thicke will premiere a new song titled "Get Her Back," presumably dedicated to his estranged wife Paula Patton.
Hosted by Ludacris, the awards ceremony will broadcast live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena on ABC at 8 p.m. ET.
