Woman Claims Seizures Caused by Ne-Yo's Voice

A woman in England has undergone surgery to prevent seizures she says are triggered by the sound of Ne-Yo's voice.

26-year-old Zoe Fennessy has had seizures since 2008 and was formally diagnosed with epilepsy two years later. But she noticed in 2011 that Pitbull and Ne-Yo's "Give Me Everything" might also be causing attacks.

Fennessy's symptoms have continued despite having undergone brain surgery back in June. She says her rare condition, which is called musicogenic seizures, results in 15-second seizures followed by vomiting.

“I have had to go up to DJs in places and say ‘look can you not play Ne-Yo’ and they just look at me like I’m an alien,” she told Britain's SWNS.
