Following a tour bus accident on Friday, George Lewis Jr. (aka Twin Shadow) is postponing all tour dates now through May 22 as his crew bus driver John Crawford and drummer Andy Bauer remain hospitalized in serious condition.

Lewis himself will also have to undergo "reconstructive hand surgery this week," according to a statement.

As we previously reported, the musician's tour bus on Friday hit a tractor-trailer in Aurora, Colo., while en route to Denver to perform. A rep confirms the "circumstances surrounding the accident are being investigated."
