The Simpsons will continue to churn out new episodes through at least 2017, Fox announced Monday, renewing the long-running animated series for two more seasons.
The announcement follows the network's previous renewals for Bob's Burgers, New Girl, Brooklyn Nine-Nine and The Last Man on Earth. Additionally, fellow animated half-hour Family Guy is expected to be renewed this month as well.
Two more seasons of The Simpsons, which is currently in its 26th cycle, will bring the comedy to a total of 625 episodes.
