Miley Cyrus has taken her support for youth in need a step further, launching a new program called the Happy Hippie Foundation specifically to raise funds and awareness for homeless and LGBT youth.

As her first effort to draw support, Cyrus is sharing a series of collaborations with the likes of Joan Jett, Ariana Grande and Against Me!'s Laura Jane Grace.

"Pointless judgment and its effects are unfortunately something that is way too common," Cyrus said in a statement. "All humans have valid feelings and rights! I want to use my voice as a megaphone to young people everywhere and encourage human evolution."
