J. Cole has collaborated with Rihanna on a new song for the songstress' upcoming album, according to a report from Rap-Up.

Deputy, the producer behind Rihanna's single "Bitch Better Have My Money," told the website at Thursday’s ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Music Awards that the Roc Nation labelmates have recorded a “mid-tempo” track together.

“It’s something that you wouldn’t expect," he said. "But it’s really dope. It’s a really great song."

The news comes as Rihanna is planning to debut her video for "Bitch Better Have My Money" this Thursday (July 2). Her album has yet to receive a release date.
