As the world waits for Adele's next album, OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder may have accidentally teased new material he's working on for the singer.
In a since deleted photo, Tedder (who tweets via the @OneRepublic Twitter handle) shared a glimpse of his computer screen as he attempted to reboot Pro Tools with a mysterious folder labeled "Adele NYC remedy" in the background.
After Adele fans promptly pointed out the curious item, the picture disappeared. But perhaps it's simply the latest clue that new music from the British songstress is finally near.
As of last spring, Adele and Tedder had been in the studio together and the OneRepublic frontman has previously noted the two would be working with each other again. They co-wrote Adele's "Rumour Has It" and "Turning Tables," the former of which Tedder also produced, both off her globe-conquering 21.
There's currently no formal release date for Adele's new album, but it's nice to know we're another step closer to hearing it.
