Father-to-be Chance the Rapper has revealed he'll be hitting the road this fall for what is billed as the Family Matters Tour.

The North American trek includes stops in Detroit, Philadelphia, New York, Boston, New Orleans, Atlanta, Miami, Houston and Los Angeles, among others.
