It's been a big week for The Weeknd. And it's about to be even bigger.

The singer, whose new album Beauty Behind the Madness arrived last Friday, is expected to claim his first No. 1 LP on the Billboard 200.

Industry insiders predict the record will have sold as many as 350,000 equivalent units by the end of its first week. Official numbers will be revealed next week.

Also aiming high is The Weeknd's upcoming tour opening act Halsey, whose debut Badlands is tracking for about 100,000 units.

Update: The Weeknd will perform on the Oct. 10 episode of Saturday Night Live when Amy Schumer hosts.
