With a new album on the way, Anthony Gonzalez (aka M83) has revealed his initial tour dates for the year, with more to come.

The new dates are in addition to previously announced performances at festivals such as Coachella and Governors Ball.

Tickets for the new shows go on sale this Friday (Jan. 15), although a pre-sale begins tomorrow (Jan. 13). More shows will be announced later this month.

As we previously mentioned, Gonzalez is finished with the new M83 album, which he calls "very epic" and featuring a number of "unexpected" guests, although a release date has yet to be announced.
