After sharing a screenshot of a computer display showing torrent website The Pirate Bay as one of the web browser tabs, Kanye West is now in a mostly one-sided Twitter spat with producer Joel Zimmerman (aka deadmau5).

Zimmerman responded Tuesday night to West's photo, which showed a YouTube video for Sufjan Stevens’ "Death With Dignity" as well as a Pirate Bay link for digital synthesizer plug-in Serum, which was coded by the producer's friend and collaborator Steve Duda.

"What the fuck @kanyewest," Zimmerman tweeted. "Can't afford serum? Dick." He later added: "Let's start a Kickstarter to help @kanyewest afford a copy of Serum."

West, known for his recent online rants, took to Twitter on Wednesday, tagging @deadmau5 (pronounced "deadmouse") and asking, "is this person’s name pronounce dead-mow-five?"

The rapper then proceeded to taunt Zimmerman, who is a fellow co-owner of music streaming service Tidal, tweeting: "Who’s [sic] job is it to carry the head on the plane # hash tag # do you check the mickey mouse head or carry on # does it get hot?" He continued: "I’m bored ### when you get married will your wife have a giant minnie mouse head? # This brightened up my day… thank you dead-mow-five. Do you do birthday parties?? My daughter loves Minnie mouse…"
