You knew it was happening after last week's news that JAY Z was officially a NBA sports agent. As expected, Hova has signed Kevin Durant, as confirmed on Monday by Roc Nation Sports' Ron Berkowitz.

We reported earlier this month that a deal was expected soon after the Oklahoma City Thunder forward left his previous agent at Landmark Sports.

Durant reportedly said on Monday that he is "grateful for this opportunity ... it's go time." He joins previously announced Roc Nation signees Tulsa Shock's Skylar Diggins, New York Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano and New York Jets rookie quarterback Geno Smith.
