Remember in the weeks leading up to the birth of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's baby, when everyone was speculating about the possible names? Oh, how ridiculous they were. Some bloggers even joked, "What if they name her North—North West?" LOLZ. Well, apparently Kimye were listening to the Internet, and they have obliged by naming their little bundle just that: North West.

TMZ has reportedly obtained a copy of the young West's birth certificate from Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles. These are real people, folks. They brought a child into this world—likely surrounded by cameras. And they're now going to be responsible for raising her—with the assistance of nannies, of course.

Updated: An additional source has confirmed to People magazine that North West is in fact the baby's name.
