Days before his new movie Southpaw arrives in theaters, Curtis Jackson (aka 50 Cent) is throwing punches at AT&T—specifically U-Verse.

"I'm sorry I have to say this but AT&T is racist," the rapper said Saturday on Instagram alongside a photo of himself. "They have had issues in the past and here we go again."

His comments come in response to the tense negotiations between U-Verse and Starz, which airs his show Power, the network's highest rated show with the largest African-American viewership for a premium cable series in nearly a decade.

Jackson went on to share a screenshot of a story from back in April about AT&T's then-president Aaron Slator, who used his work phone to distribute racist images, resulting in a $100 million discrimination lawsuit against Slator and the company itself.

"Change your cable package from AT&T to anything else," he also suggested to Power fans. "It's 2015 and these people are still racist. They are dropping all channels that are considered urban friendly."

Starz warned in a statement that "millions of AT&T customers" are at risk of losing programming, calling its partnership with the television provider a "mutually beneficial relationship." The networks says it is "hopeful AT&T will negotiate in good faith and that we will reach a fair agreement that allows its customers to continue to get great entertainment at a good value."
