While most of the Justin Bieber buzz this week was about his much-hyped Comedy Central roast, the troubled singer says he's "finishing up" his new album after having scrapped one he had been working on before.

"I'm finishing up the album now, working with Kanye and Rick [Rubin]," he said in a new interview with USA Today. "I'm not rushing it, I'll just wait until it's totally done ... I don't want to say 'it's different,' because that's what everyone says. But it is different, it's a grown-up version of Justin and I think people will be shocked.
