Kings Of Leon announced today the first leg of their American tour in support of their recently released new album, Mechanical Bull. The trek, produced by Live Nation, will kick off Feb. 5, 2014 at Philips Arena in Atlanta.

Gary Clark Jr. will open for the first leg (additional dates are forthcoming). Tickets for the general public go on sale starting Nov. 1. American Express card holders will have an opportunity to purchase tickets before the general public.

The tour announcement follows Mechanical Bull's No. 2 debut on the Billboard 200.
