Rising musician Stephen Feigenbaum (aka Johan) is treating fans to a new gem in time for the weekend.

His new single "My Friends," a woozy electronic cut, arrived Friday, a month after he released his previous single "Sober." Both tracks are from the singer's upcoming debut WILDS EP, which he has confirmed will be released on Dec. 1.

"'My Friends' is about being in a relationship where the other person really wants to go out and 'do' stuff, when you're content to just hang with your friends and do basically nothing," he says of the new track. "Sometimes you find yourself in a relationship of convenience but gradually realize the two of you don't really enjoy doing the same things."

The new music follows Johan's previous release "Danger_us" as well as his Vic Mensa collaboration "High in the Woods." The classically trained composer, who has previously worked with the likes of How to Dress Well and Robin Hannibal, also drew attention last year for his Yeethoven project, which fused together the sounds of Kanye West and Beethoven.
