As rising singer Ella Vos prepares to release her debut album later this year, she has shared a brilliant new single "Mother (Don't Cry)."

Following her viral cuts like "White Noise" and "Down in Flames," this latest is an emotional one but it's simply beautiful. And it's apparently inspired by Vos' own personal experiences with the birth of her son.

It's the latest preview of the Los Angeles artist's upcoming full-length, Words I Never Said, which is out on Nov. 17. On it, Vos tackles a number of issues, including postpartum depression, women’s reproductive rights, abortion and more.

"This song is about change," she says of the new track. "I had just left my friend’s birthday party when I realized my life was no longer the same. I had a young son to take care of, but I couldn’t accept my new role as a mother ... At its core, this song is a lullaby to myself.”
