Spotify and Uber have made their partnership official.

After news surfaced over the weekend of a possible union, the companies have revealed plans to allow users in 10 initial cities to sync their Uber and Spotify accounts so that they can listen to their preferred music playlists during their ride.

Beginning Friday (Nov. 21), Spotify premium users in New York, Los Angeles, London, San Francisco, Toronto, Mexico City, Nashville, Singapore, Stockholm, and Sydney will be able to find Spotify-enabled Uber vehicles.

As part of the launch, artists such as Andrew W.K., Matt and Kim, Diplo, Kevin Drew, Jake Owen and more will participate in live sessions and may show up in those cities to join passengers on their commute.
