Los Angeles rising act LANY has shared their first single of the new year in the form of "Bad, Bad, Bad," which is really good, good, good.

Comprised of Paul Klein, Jake Goss and Les Priest, the trio has proved in just a few short months to have a knack for creating whimsical indie-pop confections.

While they are still unsigned, they have already racked up more than 4 million plays on Soundcloud in roughly six months, beginning with the Acronyms EP, which includes their infectious, standout single "ILYSB."

"We had zero followers on Soundcloud in April," said Klein of their recent success. "I don’t know what happened but the right people heard our tracks and it gained momentum. I think that’s the power of the Internet."

The group plans to release "an official body of work" later this year, but in the meantime, you can hear "Bad" below (it releases Thursday on iTunes).
