New material from Kanye West has surfaced on Soundcloud, including a track labeled as "When I See It," which finds the MC rapping over the music from The Weeknd's "Tell Your Friends," which Ye himself produced.

Additionally, a new version of Ye's 808s & Heartbreak cut "Say You Will" can also be heard, although it doesn't seem the rapper intended for either cuts to be released.
