Casey Moon has a new EP on the way, and today, he shared a new song called "halflight."

The gem of a single arrived Thursday ahead of the full Ashes EP, which will be released on Feb. 16 and marks the final installment of a trilogy of EPs from the artist, who is half of the production duo Zookids.

Last year, Moon shared the first two, Mirrors EP and Fountains EP, with Ashes being the last of the three.

According to Moon, "halflight" is about disassociating from a once familiar place, drawing from his own experience with these moments, having fun with friends one second and then suddenly feeling out of his body the next.
