Glass Animals has teamed up with Arlo Parks for a new version of one of their songs, and we couldn't be more excited.
On Thursday night, Glass Animals performed a massive digital live show for fans to celebrate the recent release of their standout new album Dreamland. And as part of the celebration, they were joined by fellow Variance favorite Parks to perform a new rendition of "Tangerine," which appears on the album.
In addition to that performance, Glass Animals has now released a proper recording of the new version of the song, which is now available across digital streaming platforms.
While Dreamland was released in August (after first being delayed), the pandemic has affected the band's release plans dramatically, forcing them to get creative with their video shoots. Their video for "Heat Waves" was billed as a love letter to live music following the closure of many music venues, something which also prevented the band from performing any kind of album release show until now.
