British duo HONNE has shared a new song called "no song without you," their first material in two years.

The tender new track arrived Friday with a heartwarming animated video, created by illustrator Holly Warburton. It's the first glimpse of what the pair has been up to in recent months, as they have been experimenting with new sounds.

“It’s OK for things to sound a bit rough”, says the duo. “Rather than going into the studio and compressing guitars over and over. The more character that you leave in it, the more the listener can dive in.”

The song was written alongside Anderson .Paak collaborator Pomo during a spontaneous trip to Los Angeles back in January. The duo finished it later at their studio in Hackney while in isolation.
