Emerging emcee Sliim Bambino has shared his new single "Give It Up" and it's kind of a jam.
While some of his other recent material has been rowdier and harder to pinpoint, this new track is easily an earworm, with a distinct Mac Miller/Anderson .Paak bounce to it. He also nods to Kendrick Lamar, borrowing a line from his 2015 track "Alright." The artwork also nods to Run the Jewels' longtime gun-and-fist logo, but with a latex glove and roll of toilet paper, a reference to current times.
Sliim Bambino shared his debut album Panic Room last year, but "Give It Up" shows a different side of his skillset, so it's unclear what to expect from him next, but if anything, this new song is a worthy listen.
