The day is finally here. Lauv's debut album ~how i'm feeling~ has arrived, all 21 tracks of it!

After sharing a good swath of the songs ahead of the release, Lauv shared the full album on Friday. It includes his previously released standouts "I’m So Tired…," featuring Troye Sivan, Anne-Marie collaboration “Fuck, I'm Lonely," LANY collab "Mean It" and his recent single "Modern Loneliness," which he described as the "most important song" he's written.

“~how im feeling~ began from a dark time in my life when I was depressed and having a bit of an existential crisis," says Lauv. "I wasn’t sure if I would ever actually be able to make an album. But it marks my journey from my rock bottom at the beginning of 2019 to a stable place of happiness, full self-expression and self-acceptance. This album is everything to me and I hope the world loves it as much as I loved making it.”

To celebrate the album release, Lauv will be appearing on Friday night's episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on NBC.
